Shipping and Returns

Prints, artwork and products are packed as soon as possible. All prints, artwork and products are handled with care. Depending on the size of artwork they will be sent in a flat mailer or tube. We make our best to pack it as save as possible.

We ship worldwide via Postnl. Large originals can be shipped via another shipping service.

Shipping rates
The cost of shipping are calculated during the checkout. It’s based on the size of the item and your location.

The costs of import fees/duties, tax or additional costs that may be charged by your country are not included in the shipping costs and will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Return policy
Open and check your prints of products immediately upon receiving them. Prints of products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after receiving your item. If you not reach out within 14 days, we will be unable to make a refund of exchange, so please be on time. Contact us via info@artandeva.com

  • Items that are sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Only unused, without traces of use, products can be accepted as a return.
  • The costs of returning are for the buyer.
  • If you have ordered several products and you return part of your order, we cannot credit you with any shipping costs paid.
  • We will ship your replacement or a refund only after receiving your return and communication via email.

Note: all sales of original artwork are final. Returns or exchanges of original work are not available.

Packaging to use when you send the print or product back
Please return your print in the original packaging with care. If your print came in a tube, it must be returned with both end caps. If you opened the package and threw one end cap away, you cannot use tape instead. That will damage the print.
We cannot provide you a refund for artwork or product that is damaged in transit back to Art&Eva due poor packaging.

Lost or uncollected parcels
Please check of you put down the right address. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information.

If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost or stolen you must contact the shipping service. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do on our end. If a package is unable to be delivered, and is returned to us, we are happy to reship. Then we ask that you pay for the additional shipping costs.

If the item is in its original condition and packaging it’s also possible to get a refund. But the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from their location.

Note: We are not liable for any mishandling of failed delivery by the shipping service. Neither we are liable for any damage incurred post-delivery.
