This original painting is the largest artwork in the ‘Wonder’ collection. The ‘Wonder’ collection is perhaps my most unique and vulnerable creation. It was created during my maternity leave with my youngest son, a period of slowing down, silence, discovery, and countless moments of wonder.

This painting represents not only the largest painting within the ‘Wonder’ collection but also a personal milestone in my artistic journey. Throughout my life, I’ve tended not only to make myself smaller but also  to create art on a smaller scale. The notion of painting on a grand canvas was once foreign to me. However, now I view it with a fresh perspective, let’s call it ‘fresh eyes.’ A larger canvas provides more expansive space for movement, granting a vastly different and immersive experience. It allows me to see things in new ways, to perceive details and textures that were previously unseen.
