Soms sta ik stil en kom ik tot rust.
De kraanvogel is een geluksbrenger, maar kan ook urenlang in het water staan voordat hij een vis pakt. Om dit te doen, houdt de kraanvogel zich heel stil en let hij goed op. De kraanvogel is geduldig en krachtig.

Soms zijn Soms zijn we druk, dan hebben we veel te doen. Dan willen we veel (kunnen) of vliegen we van hot naar her. Soms geeft dit het gevoel dat we niet voldoende weten, niet genoeg gedaan hebben of nog iets moeten.

Dan is het ook belangrijk om stil te staan, om tot rust te komen en even niets te hoeven. Je weet al een heleboel. Je hebt al genoeg gedaan. Je hebt hard gewerkt. Door stil te staan en rust te nemen, is er ruimte om te voelen wat je echt nodig hebt.
