You can also trust your heart. If you don’t know what to do, close your eyes. Breathe calmly in and out and listen to your heart. You can’t do anything wrong. Everything is good, everything is allowed. You are perfect just the way you are. Maybe a word, a feeling or nothing at all comes to you. It’s all okay.

De walvis is niet alleen groot, maar het is ook een heel wijs dier. Hij kan sterke emoties voelen en met andere walvissen praten over hele grote afstanden. De walvis vertrouwt op zijn gevoel en de wijsheid van zijn hart.

Ook jouw hart wijst jou de weg. Als je het even niet meer weet, sluit dan je ogen. Adem rustig in en uit en luister naar je hart. Je kunt niets fout doen. Alles is goed, alles mag er zijn. Je bent precies goed zoals je bent. Misschien komt er een woord, een gevoel of even helemaal niets. Het is allemaal oké.
